1. Attach tarp to support board as shown, wrapping around underneath the board,

2. Attach the support board to the tower so that the tarp is sandwiched between board and barrier.

3. Wrap the tarp around the frame as shown, securing the tarp in place from the inside.

NOTE: Install screws through hem for strength.
