STEP 42
1. Attach Tarp to Support Board as shown, wrapping around underneath the board,
FLAP ON THE UNDERSIDE.
2. Attach the Support Board to the Tower so that the Tarp is sandwiched between board and barrier,
FLAP ON TOP.
3. Lift the Flap and secure the Tarp onto the Frame as shown. The Flap will fall down to cover the hardware.
