upon plate and align with holes.

NOTE: You may need to tap bolts

with hammer to get though holes.

Clean all debris from bolt threads

before installing lock nuts

2. Re-drill from opposite

side using 7/16" bit.

1. Pre-drill using 3/16" bit.
