Now place the outlet tube into the bottle,
without submerging it into
the liquid at first
, and star
t the pump. Observe for a moment that the
liquid is now flowing vigorously through the circuit, and then push
the outlet tube down to the bottom of the bottle. Let the system run
for a minute or two, until all the bubbles are gone. Inspect the circuit
for
possible leaks, visually and also by touching the different
connections.
Troubleshooting note
: If there is no flow after you turned the
pump on, chances are that you didn’t connect your system properly.
Go back to the Tube Routing section, and make sure
that you
followed all our instructions. Once you have discovered the source
of the problem, correct it, and restart the above process.
You must always flush all the liquid from the circuit
before you begin filling it, or you may not be able to
bleed pro
perly.
While your system is running, and still holding the feed bottle, flip
your case face up for a few seconds.
Then, bring the case back to vertical again.
Final step: there is always a little bit of air trapped ins
ide the main
valve itself. To flush it out, turn the main valve on and off two to
three times. Wait one more minute until this last bit of air bubbles
are flushed out of the system. Your system is now fully bled!
Shut off the inlet valve first, then the o
utlet valve, and finally open
the main valve. The coolant is now circulating into a close circuit.
There will be no maintenance required, and no need to refill the
system over time, as the circuit is completely air
-
free, and there is
no evaporation of the
fluid.
Lift the inlet, and outlet tubes from the bottle above the coolant
level, and lower the bottle below the level of the computer. This will
allow whatever coolant was trapped into the tubes to empty itself
into the f
eed bottle: no spill, no mess
Remove the inlet and outlet tubes.
Pump is
flowing
nicely
