An OK response confirms that the parameters have been updated in response to a command
with the <rate> parameter. An ERR response indicates that additional or invalid characters
were included between the S and the * of the command.
Example:
Setting the rate for geospatial information messages to 1:
$GS 1*05
$GS OK*30
