Factory Resetting the Camera

Factory resetting your camera is usually only necessary for troubleshooting. It isn’t something to do lightly as it will format the

internal memory, wipe the current Wi-Fi information, and return all of the camera settings to factory default.

1. Press and hold the Reset and Pair buttons (see gure on the right for

locations) simultaneously.

2. Let go of the Reset button and continue holding the Pair button for another

12 seconds until the camera’s LED turns blue.

3. Let go of the Pair button. The LED turns o and your camera will be restored

to its factory default state. This process can take up to 2 minutes.

4. Once complete, your camera will automatically go into pairing mode,

indicated by the camera's LED indicator slowly blinking blue.

1. Press and hold the Reset button (see gures below for location) for 10

seconds until the camera's LED indicator starts blinking blue. Your camera

will be restored to its factory default state. This process can take up to 2

minutes.

2. Once complete, your camera will automatically go into pairing mode,

indicated by both the camera's LED indicator and infrared LEDs blinking at

the same time.
