III. HOW TO RIDE
3.1. RIDING INSTRUCTIONS
Before riding, equip yourself with suitable protective gear. Make sure the board
is placed on a level surface and fully charged. See SECTION 5.1 for charging
instructions. Battery status: Green (>40%), Red (10%~40%), Flashing Red ( <10%voice:
low power.). Do not ride your board when battery less than 10%.
STEP 1. Press the power button to turn on the zipboard.
STEP 2. Battery is in the back panel. That’s why the
board will always sitting with front panel
pointing up.
STEP 3. Turn board side way and press power
button to switch modes, Beginner Mode
(5km max) and Normal Mode (10km max).
Turn back the board on the level surface.
For safe, it is advise to use the Beginner Mode
for practicing skill, switch to Normal Mode
after you can control the board skilled.
STEP 4. Carefully step one foot on the back panel,
then step the other foot on the motor
enable switch in the front panel. One beep
will engage, two beeps to will engage when release the switch on the board.
STEP 5. Stand upright but relaxed and lean slightly left or right in the direction you want to go. Do not make any sudden or
jerky movements.
STEP 6. Lean back to slow down to a STOP. Keep one foot on the back pedal while slowly lifting the foot off the front pedal to
desengage the shuttle (two beeps).
