• Non-warranty coverage
1. Products are damaged by consumers due to improper use, maintenance and storage.
2. Out of warranty.
3. Damage caused by disassembly by yourself or by unauthorized personnel.
4. If there is no three guarantee certificate and valid invoice or invoice copy, please refer to relevant national regulations.
5. The three-guarantee model is inconsistent with the repaired product or is altered.
6. Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
7. Product failure or damage caused by accidents or human factors (operating errors, fluid intake, scratches, incorrect
insertion and removal, handling, bumps, incorrect voltage input, and etc).
• Other service policy notes
1. This product is a household product, and main machine is guaranteed for three months when used in a non-domestic
environment.
2. If quality problems are found before opening the package, please contact the seller.
3. The company provides lifetime maintenance services. For products that exceed the warranty period, corresponding
fees need be paid.
4. This product implements nationwide warranty (except for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). If the product has a fault
outside the warranty, you can go to the designated service center to obtain the corresponding service with the purchase
certificate.
5. Warranty certificates include: shopping invoices, valid shopping records, valid all-China guarantee letters and official
seals.
