Please read this statement carefully before using this product. The use of this Product is deemed
to be the approval and acceptance of the entire contents of this Statement.
This product is not suitable for people under 18 years old. Prior to using this product, please
receive regular training from EAVision and obtain an unmanned aerial system operating license
approved by EAVision . Keep this product away from children and be careful when operating in
the presence of children.
In using the Products, users undertake to be responsible for their own actions and all
consequences arising therefrom. Polar Technology shall not be liable for all losses arising from
users' failure to use the Products in accordance with this document, and shall not be liable for any
indirect, consequential, punitive, accidental, special or penal damages.
User undertakes to use the Product only for legitimate purposes and agrees to comply with the
entire contents of this User Manual and any relevant policies or guidelines that EAVision may
develop or modify. The Use understands and accepts that the Product will automatically upload
and save relevant flight records and data to the EAVision server during the use of the Product,
and agrees that EAVision will legally collect, store and use all relevant data during the use of the
Product. If the flight records and data cannot be uploaded and saved due to the user's reasons,
EAVISION will not assume any responsibility for the flight records and data storage and analysis
caused by EAVision.
