USING YOUR F1s
• Download the app and make sure your phone’s
Bluetooth is enabled.
• Press the universal power button for 3 seconds to
activate Bluetooth pairing mode.
• Once your device is successfully paired, press the center
button again to activate play mode. Then, generously
lubricate F1s and your penis before insertion.
• Track your performance in real-time with the app.
• To use without the app, press the universal power button
to turn on, then press again to activate play mode,
indicated by a quick pulse.
