every 1 km (mile) for running, every 0.5 km (mile) for walking, and every 10 km
(miles) for cycling.
You can also take manual laps during training. When training, tap on the display
to take a lap.
You can adjust the tapping sensitivity in the general settings:
1. In the time mode, keep NEXT pressed to enter the settings.
2. Scroll to general settings with START STOP and confirm with NEXT.
3. Press NEXT to enter the tap sensitivity settings.
4. Press START STOP to adjust the tap sensitivity to the desired level you can
tap the display when scrolling through the levels to check the sensitivity
level. When a tap is registered, tapped! message will be displayed.
5. Press NEXT to confirm the setting.
6. Keep NEXT pressed to exit the settings and return to the time mode.
TIP: Laps will be automatically created when using interval timers and when
a training session is paused or stopped.
