Suunto Wear app has five dierent heart rate zones, numbered from 1 (lowest) to 5
(highest), defined as percentage range based on your maximum heart rate (max HR).
Understanding heart rate zones when exercising helps to guide your fitness
development. Each zone stresses your body in dierent ways, leading to dierent
eects on your physical fitness.
