2 SelectCreatea new databaseand click Next.
3 ClickYes,registerthe databasefor me to make your databaseinformation
available to other LibreOffice modules,selectboth checkboxes in the bottom
half of the dialog, thenclickFinish.
4 Browseto the directorywhere you wantto savethe database,specify a name
for the database,then click Save.
Procedure 20 SettingUp the DatabaseTable
1 Clickthe Tablesicon in the left pane and selectUseWizardto CreateTable.
2 In theTableWizard, clickPersonal.
3 The Sampletableslist changesto showthe predefinedtablesfor personal
use.If you had clicked Business, the list would containpredefinedbusiness
tables.
In the Sample tableslist, clickAddresses. The available fields for the predefined
addressbook appearin the Available fieldsmenu.
4 In the Availablefieldsmenu,clickthe fieldsyou wantto usein your address
book.
You can selectone item at a time, or you can shift-clickmultiple items to select
them.
5 Clickthe singlearrow icon to move the selecteditemsto the Selectedfields
menu.
To move all available fields to the Selectedfields menu,click the double right-
arrow.
6 Usethe arrow keys to adjustthe order of the selectedfieldsand clickFinish.
The fieldsappearin the table and forms in the order in whichthey are listed.
