i. Upload Emails to a List
The import process involves copying and pasting the addresses into the Add Emails
Manually textbox. This is accomplished in the Edit Recipients section of an Email
Invitation Collector.
If you wish to utilize the Address Book first to create lists, then you can create a new
email list within that section before creating the collector. Therefore, when you
create a new Email Invitation Collector, you can pull the emails from the list housed
in the Address Book.

Part 1- How to Format the Email Addresses:
Before adding the emails, make sure they are in the proper format so they can be
added without error.
Note: A list may not contain more than 10,000 emails. You can create multiple
lists, but each one will be limited to this amount. To learn more this, please visit our

Four fields can be uploaded and they must be formatted in the following order so the
system can properly associate the correct custom tags with the appropriate fields:
Field Order: Email Address,First Name,Last Name,Custom Data
Example #1: tjones@myemail.com,tom,jones,1001
Example #2: tjones@myemail.com,,,1001
The fields allow up to the following character amounts:
[Email] - Allows up to 255 characters
[FirstName] - Allows up to 50 characters
[LastName] - Allows up to 50 characters
[CustomData] - Allows up to 500 characters
