WARNING
- The internal UV-C bulb contains a small amount of mercury which is contained inside the bulb unless
broken. Mercury and mercury compounds are known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other

- WARNING - UV radiation only emitted internally in this device.
- Unintended use of the device, or damage to the housing, may result in exposure to ultraviolet radiation.
- Ultraviolet radiation may cause eye and skin irritation.
- Avoid exposing eyes and skin to ultraviolet radiation.
- The use of this device is a supplement to and not a substitute for standard infection control practices; users must continue
to follow all current infection control practices, including those practices related to cleaning and disinfection of
environmental surfaces.
FIRST AID INSTRUCTIONS
Clean the injury using soap and warm water, apply antibiotic ointment and a bandage, and watch for signs of infection.
