Port 64h/60h Emulation
Select Enabled to enable Port 64h/60h emulation for complete USB keyboard sup-
port for operating systems that are not compatible with USB devices. The options
are Enabled and Disabled.
USB 2.0 Controller (Available when the item: USB Functions is disabled)
This feature displays the current USB controller used in the motherboard.
USB 2.0 Controller Mode
This setting allows you to select the USB 2.0 Controller mode. The options are
Hi-Speed (480 Mbps) and Full Speed (12 Mbps).
BIOS EHCI Hand-Off
Select Enabled to enable BIOS Enhanced Host Controller Interface support to
provide a workaround solution for an operating system that does not have EHCI
Hand-Off support. When enabled, the EHCI Interface will be changed from the BIOS-
controlled to the OS-controlled. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
HDA Controller
Select Enabled to activate the onboard High-Defi nition Audio controller. The options
are Enabled and Disabled.
Frontside Audio Mode
Select HD Audio to enable high-defi nition audio support for the front_side audio
connection. Select AC'97 to use AC'97 for the front_side audio connection. The
options are HD Audio and AC'97.
Route Port 80h Cycle to
Use this item to decide where to route the signals of Port 80h Cycle to. The Op-
tions are LPC and PCI.
IDE/Floppy Confi guration
When this submenu is selected, the AMI BIOS automatically detects the presence
of the IDE devices and displays the following items:
SATA#1 Confi guration
Select Compatible to set SATA#1 to legacy compatibility mode. Select Enhanced
to set SATA#1 to native SATA mode. The options are Disabled, Compatible and
Enhanced.
