(FAN1~FAN5)

Fan Headers
This motherboard has fi ve fan headers
(Fan1 to Fan5). These 4-pin fans
headers are backward compatible with
3-pin fans. However, fan speed control
is available for 4-pin fans only. The fan
speeds are controlled by the BIOS or
by IPMI if present on the motherboard.

Serial Ports
The COM1 serial port is located
beside the VGA port. Refer to the
motherboard layout for the location of
the COM2 header. See the table on the
right for pin defi nitions.

Power On LED
The Power On LED connector is
located on pins 15 and 16 of JF1. This
connection is used to provide LED
indication of power being supplied to
the system. See the table on the right
for pin defi nitions.

NMI Button
The non-maskable interrupt button
header is located on pins 19 and 20
of JF1. Refer to the table on the right

Video Connector
A Video (VGA) connector is located
below the COM Port on the IO
backplane. This connector is used to
provide video and CRT display.
