5-10 Onboard Indicators
GLAN LEDs
Both Gb LAN ports (located beside
the COM2 port) each have two
LEDs. The yellow LED indicates
activity while the other LED may be
green, orange or off to indicate
the speed of the connection. See
the table at right for the functions
associated with the second LED.

Overheat LEDs
Two LEDs to indicate overheat
conditions are located on the
X5DAL-TG2. These are located
near the CPU1 socket and are
based on Intel predefined tempera-
ture thresholds. "Therm", when lit,
indicates that power for the corre-
sponding CPU has been shut
down due to high temperature.
