Removing the Simmering Basket After cooking, the handle of the simmering basket
becomes too hot to handle with bare hands.
To remove the simmering basket from the stainless
steel mixing bowl:
1. Use the hook on the side of the spatula to latch
onto the handle of the simmering basket.
2. Lift up the simmering basket using the spatula.
3. Let the liquid drain out before placing the
simmering basket on a heat-proof mat or surface.
