SUNSET TRADING® WARRANTY POLICY
Sunset Trading® thoroughly inspects each item before leaving their facility. Each item is
warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years from the
date of original purchase. Should any issues develop during that 2 year period, contact Sunset
Trading to see if your problem can be resolved with a no cost replacement part prior to returning
that item, freight prepaid, to Sunset Trading®. If an inspection by Sunset Trading® shows the
problem is caused by defective workmanship or material, Sunset Trading® will repair (or, at our
option, replace) and re ship your item without charge.
This warranty does not apply where:
• Repairs have been made and/or attempted to be made;
• Repairs and/or replacement are required due to normal wear and tear;
• The item has been abused, misused or improperly maintained; and/or,
• Alterations have been made and/or attempted to be made.
During and after the 2 year term of warranty, Sunset Trading® shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental and/or consequential damages from the sale and/or use of the
product.
After the 2 year term of warranty, Sunset Trading® shall not be liable for:
• Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of "merchantability" and/or "fitness for
a specific purpose".
GUIDELINES – WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER
All requests for repairs, replacements and/or discounts must be accompanied by a fully completed
and executed Sunset Trading® claim’s inspection form. Replacement parts and/or missing hardware
are available upon request and will be shipped via UPS at no cost to the consumer.
Any shortages of pieces and/or damages to cartons MUST be noted on the Bill of Lading at time of
delivery. Damaged goods must remain in the original carton and should be refused at the time of
delivery. A new item would be shipped to you at no charge if you follow this guideline. Broken glass
must be reported and refused at the time of delivery. Claims for concealed damages must be
submitted to Sunset Trading within 5 days of receipt of said goods.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary state to
state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or coincidental damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
