Warranty

The following are not covered under the limited warranty:
• Damage or defect resulting from failure to follow instructions manual
• Normal wear & tear on items/parts such as, but not limited to, pulleys, brake pads, tension
knobs, cords, footings, rubber grips, end caps, pop pins, seats, seat adjustment knobs,
scratched parts, broken covers, paint & finish, and any & all other cosmetic damages
• Wear items/parts pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to wear & tear
resulting from normal usage
• Improper storage, assembly, altering/modifying equipment in anyway, misused, abused, is
subject to accident, or is improperly maintained
• Repair for any noises such as, but not limited to: squeaks, clunks, thumps, or grinding resulting
from poor or lack of preventive maintenance
Sunny Health & Fitness reserves the rights to modify the warranty at any time, it being
understood that any such modifications will not supersede warranty conditions that are
applicable at the time of the original sale of products in question.
