Warranty

Any commercial and/or industrial use of Sunny Health & Fitness products including but not
limited to commercial gyms, shared facilities (apartments, condos, and residential
associations) and similar environments will automatically VOID the warranty.
Any warranty claim MUST include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase from an
authorized distributor/reseller. The product must be purchased in brand new condition and not

Sunny Health and Fitness recommends that the item is tested with caution after fully
assembled to make sure that it is structurally fit and that all parts are in working order. We
recommend testing the assembled product with caution in order to make sure it is in full
working order prior to full use of the product. If any item is missing, damaged or not working
please contact our support team to get any issues fixed prior to usage of the product. Sunny
Health and fitness is not responsible for any damage or product failure due to improper
assembly, misuse or the failure to properly assemble the product.
Proper care and maintenance for all products is standard, like any other product to ensure
proper functionality and a long-lasting product.
EXCLUSIONS - NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
This warranty will not cover any damages that might be caused by the product. (In some
instances, States do not allow for such limitations, so this may not apply to all owners).
Any and all Warranty Claims must include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase.

its discretion, provide new or equivalent-to-new refurbished parts in good working condition, or
repair or replace the products returned to Sunny Health & Fitness. If product is no longer
available or discontinued Sunny Health & Fitness may, at its discretion, replace with a similar
item. Any replacement unit whether new or refurbished will have a continued warranty from the
original date of purchase only. Sunny Health & Fitness has the full rights to inspect any Sunny
Health & Fitness products reported as defective prior to repair or replacement. Any repair or
replacement EXCLUDES shipping, labor, assembly or re-assembly and any other
consequential or special costs or damages associated with return, replacement and assembly
of your product.
