Fig.1: Attach Base Cover (C) to Post 1, 2 (A1, A2), then fix Post Base (B) on lower end of Post 1, 2 (A1, A2) with Bolt (AA) and Flat Washer (BB). Fig.2: Attach Short Beam (E) to Post 1, 2 (A1, A2) with Hexagon Bolt (CC) and Flat Washer (BB). Repeat this step for Long Beam (D) and Post 1, 2 (A1, A2). After this step, a frame has been completed. Fig.3: Attach Corner Beam Connector 2 (G2) to upper beams of Post 2(A2) with Hexagon Bolt (DD) and Flat Washer (BB).
Fig.9、Fig.10: Attach one top of Long Side Support Beam 3 (N3/N1/N5) to Corner Top Beam 1/2(I1/I2) with Bolt (AA) and Flat Washer (BB), and another top to Middle Top Beam (J) with Bolt (AA) and Flat Washer (BB). Repeat this step for Long Side Support Beam 2/4/6 (N2/N4/N6). Care & Maintenance: Our steel components for garden accessories and furniture are treated with rust inhibiting paint that protects it from rusting. However, due to the nature of steel, surface oxidation (rusting) will occur once these protective coatings are scratched. This is not a defect and thus not covered by the warranty. To minimize this condition, we recommend care when assembling & handling the product to prevent scratching the paint.
