top or bottom. You can use
whatever end as the top or
bottom.
2. Notice the stacking order of
[DBT], [DBHG]/[DBR], and
[S8]. [DBHG]/[DBR] is above
[DBT] and under [S8], i.e.,
[DBT] is covered by [DBHG]/
[DBR]. See the illustration
below.
