Hold them carefully, turn upside down, and fasten the standoffs and Upper Plate with four
M3x8 screws:
Pan-and-Tilt
Take out the Cross rocker arm and mount it onto the Pan-and-tilt Base with four M1.6x4
screws (into the hole like this). Pay attention to the holes on the round rocker arm to be
fastened; though the pointed end of the screwdriver is a little bigger than the screws, you
can still tighten them – just insert them and screw slowly:
Do the same operation to the Tilt Arm.
