Compressor Plate Assy Replacement (506320):
Tools and equipment required:
#1 Phillips screwdriver
Small diagonal wire cutters
Needle nose pliers
Cable Ties 4”x 3/32”
3/16” (4.7625 mm) ID silicone tubing x 6 inch (15 cm) long (minimum)
Disassembly
1. Follow steps 1 thru 11 of the “Disassembly” section of the “Sieve Bed Replacement” in this manual.
2. Follow Steps 2 thru 7 of the “Disassembly” section of the “Control Panel Replacement” in this manual.
3. Fold the large Tubes coming from the Pump down and out of the way.
4. Using diagonal cutters cut the Cable Tie that secures the large rear Tube connecting the Inlet Muffler to the Pump
and remove the Tube from the Inlet Muffler.
5. Slide the Pump/Fan Assembly up and out of the POC.
Reassembly
1. Follow steps 9 thru 16 of the “Reassembly” section of the “Internal Battery Replacement” in this manual.
2. Follow steps 2 thru 12 of the “Reassembly” section of the “Sieve Bed Replacement” in this manual
NOTICE!
The correct Firmware must be installed for the device to operate correctly.
Compressor Motor 505852 has been replaced with new Compressor Motor 507640.
If Motor PN# 505852 is
installed, firmware
should be _PXXX.
If Motor PN# 507640
is installed, firmware
should be _AXXX.
To determine the installed firmware revision;
• Remove Inlet Filter from back of device and look thru window. (or remove back cover)
• Locate LCD Display on circuit board in the upper left hand corner.
• With the device Control Knob in the off position, plug an external power source into the DC jack.
• Upon power-up the LCD Display will display “HELLO”; followed by the Firmware revision (_XXXX); followed
by run Hours.
When ordering a replacement Circuit Board, be sure to indicate the required Firmware version.
