SUNCAST® Play Set Limited Warranty
This warranty is valid for products purchased on or after 10/2/12
Your Suncast Play Set has a LIMITED WARRANTY against product failure resulting from
defects in manufacturing or materials. The warranty period starts on the delivery date. Incidental
and consequential damages are not covered.
Warranty Length
LIMITED 10 YEAR WARRANTY - WOOD ROT, TERMITE DAMAGE AND WOOD
STRUCTURAL DEFECTS
WOOD PARTS ARE WARRANTED FOR 10 YEARS AGAINST WOOD ROT, TERMITE
DAMAGE AND STRUCTURAL DEFECTS. STRUCTURAL DEFECTS ARE DEFINED AS
CAUSING SAFETY AND DURABILITY OR FUNCTIONAL CONCERNS. Natural cosmetic
wood features such as knots, and weathering such as warping; checking; superficial splitting;
surface splinters; and fading are not structural defects.
LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
OTHER PARTS AND ACCESSORIES ARE WARRANTED FOR ONE YEAR AGAINST
DEFECTS IN MANUFACTURING OR MATERIALS THAT RESULT IN STRUCTURAL
DEFECTS. Structural defects are defined as causing safety, durability or functional concerns.
Cosmetic features such as sunlight fading; discoloration; superficial rust; ordinary wear and tear;
or other natural aging conditions are not covered by this warranty.
