Peel film from both sides of window {GREGG. Remove protective film from door tiger. Note: One side of film will say "THIS SIDE OUT." Make sure this side faces out when installing window. Place gasket {U), window {GREGG, and frame (HHH) into door channel. Secure with ten screws (L), starting at corners. DO NOT over tighten screws.
Side Panel Pr-Assembly 24 Peel film from both sides of left side window (DDED. Remove protective film from window. Note: One side of film will say "THIS SIDE OUT", Make sure this side faces out when installing window, Stand one side panel (T) vertically. In this order, layer into each window channel the side panel window gasket (CC, side panel window and side panel window frame (BBB}. Through the back of the side panel, secure layers at both window channels with sixteen screws {JJ).
Header and Roof Pr-Assembly Lay front header (4} on ground with lettering side facing up. Place fiberglass vent screen (Y) into rear opening in front header {J). Secure with eight screws (JJ). DO NOT over tighten screws. Place header beam (Z} anti pocket of front header {J). Secure with six screws (JJ). DO NOT over tighten screws, Note: Header beam (Z} has large holes on one side and small hoes on other side. The small hots must face header.
Ridge Beam Pr-Assembly Place ridge beam joiner (W) into the 8" ridge beam IEEE. Place 7' ridge beam (V) onto the ridge beam joiner (W). Secure Secure with hex bolt (MM} and nut {LL). with hex bolt (MM} and nut {LL}. Repeat steps 8-10 twice for BMS8700 expansion to BMS81385, {2 expansion Kits}. Repeat steps 8-10 three times for BMS8700 expansion to BMS81685, {3 expansion Kits}. Repeat step 8-10 for BMS8100 expansion to BMS81385, {1 expansion kit}.
Truss Pr-Assembly Attach truss bracket (GC) to end of one truss leg (AA) with one hex bolt (RR) and one nut {LL). Repeat for second truss lag (AA). Attach side adapter bracket (FF) or full length side adapter bracket {ZZ) at end of left truss leg {AA) with one cap screw (MM} and one nut (LL), Repeat for remaining side adapter bracket {FF). Note: DO NOT over tighten. This makes roof assembly difficult. 27 Attach two truss cross beams (EE) to two truss legs (AA) with two hex bolts (MM} and two nuts (LL).
Floor Pr-Assembly Push left floor {A} and right floor (B} panels together and secure Repeat Step 14 for left floor extension {C) and right floor with six screws {JJ). extension (D). Assembly-Walls Critical: When installing corners, flex corner hinges back and forth several times. This will help provide a square corner and ensure proper fit of remaining panels. Important: DO NOT flex in reverse position, as this can crack the panel. Align tat: on bottom of left front corner (E) with slot on left Tip left front comer (E) outward slightly and bend comer hinge. Hood (A). Lower panel into slot and lock in place by sliding panel toward door opening.
Assembly-Walls (continued) Before proceeding, make sure corner is square {top view) where it meets the floor and that panel is flush {side view) with floor. if not, repeat Steps 18-20 until square and flush. Ll Top view Sidewall Tip left front comer (E) back to vertical position and align lower tabs on right side with slots in floor. Note: You will hear a snap when tab is fully engaged.

Assembly-Headers and Trusses Place front header (J} over door opening and fit four protruding support legs into pockets molded in front comers. Secure front header using two screws (JJ). Side Adapter Bracket Placement BMS8700 + 2 Expansion Kits BMS8135 Place rear header (K) over back walls and fit four protruding support legs into pockets molded in back walls. Secure rear header using eight screws (4J).
Side Adapter Bracket Placement BMS8700 + 3 Expansion Kits SR R ERRORS R SRR S BMS8165 BMSB165 Proper placement of full length side adapter brackets (£2) is critical to structural integrity. For BMS8700 expansion to BMS8165, three full length side adapter brackets must be placed towards the front of the shed. For BM88100 expansion to BMS8165, two full length side adapter brackets must be placed in the middle locations. Slide truss assemblies with side adapter brackets into place.

Assembly-Doors Stand right door (M) upright with three hinge mounts facing With door hinge in open position, slide one door hinge over right. Slide one metal door hinge (i} up onto each hinge mount. each hinge receptacle on inside of right front anal. Rotate door hinges to outside of door. Note: For clarity, illustration is shown with roof removed. Secure each metal hinge plate with one screw (KK) and one insert screw stems, on left and right handle plates (TT) and nut {L1).
Assembly-Doors (continued) From the outside of doors, insert door handles (88) through handier plate holes. On inside of doors, place spacers (UU) on each door handle, and secure each with one machine sower (XX}, Push D-ring (E) up to engage with slot in header. Tum Push D-ring (E) down to engage with hole in floor.
Attach half (S} in desired location with four screws () Repeat for remaining sheaf (S). Note: Shelf can be located in any of the four corners.
