Parts & Accessories Usage Instructions 2400 Watt ‘Heat-Wall’ Element Your Sunbeam Professional Wok features a special 2400 watt 'heat-wall' element. This element wraps around the base and side walls of your wok providing superior cooking temperatures and heat distribution. The 'heat-wall' element is completely cast into the heavy duty base. This increases the life of the element and provides faster heat distribution.
Care & Cleaning Use heat-resistant plastic or wooden or silicone utensils when cooking on the wok. Avoid using sharp or metal objects as these will scratch the non-stick surface. Do not cut food on top of the cooking surface. Do not leave plastic utensils om contact with the cooking surface while in use. To clean after use Always turn the power off and remove the plug from the power outlet and the control probe from the probe inlet before cleaning. Allow the Wok to cool before cleaning.
