Short Crust Pastry
2 cups plain flour
125g butter, room temperature
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon iced water
1. Using the large processing bowl fitted with 
the large universal ‘s’ blade process flour, 
butter, egg yolk and water until mixture 
forms a ball.
2. Knead pastry until smooth shaping into

125g butter, room temperature
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon iced water

icing sugar, butter, egg yolks and water 
until mixture forms a ball.
