Bacon Biscuits
Makes 16 Bones
1 ½ cups all purpose our 2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp baking powder 1 tbsp bacon drippings
2 eggs 4 pieces of bacon
1 cup low fat milk
1. Preheat the Dog Treat Maker for 10 minutes.
2. Cook the bacon until crispy or all of the fat has rendered o.
Reserve 1 tbsp of drippings.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the our and baking powder.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and oil together.
5. Crumble the bacon and stir into the egg mixture.
6. Pour the bacon mixture into the dry ingredients.
7. Stir until combined.
8. Pour into the outer bones rst, then the two inner bones for even baking.
9. Using a small rubber spatula, push the batter into the ends of the bone shape.
10. Bake for 15 minutes.
11. Remove the bones and let cool completely on a wire rack.
Wheat & Gluten Free Biscuits

1 ¼ cups brown rice our ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup tapioca our 1/8 cup canola oil
2 tsp baking powder 1 cup almond milk
1. Preheat the Dog Treat Maker for 10 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the ours and the baking powder.
3. In a medium bowl, stir together the applesauce, oil and almond milk.
4. Pour the applesauce mixture into the dry ingredients.
5. Stir until combined.
6. Pour into the outer bones rst, then the two inner bones for even baking.
7. Using a small rubber spatula, push the batter into the ends of the bone shape.
8. Bake for 15 minutes.
9. Remove the bones and let cool completely on a wire rack.
