SPECIFICATION
1. What kind of material is it suitable for? Ceramic pot or glass coffee pot?
This hot plate is suitable for at cookware of all materials. For example: Copper Pot, Cast-iron Pan, Stainless Steel Cookware, Steak Pan, Non-stick Pan,
Ceramic Cookware, Copper Pot, Glass Cookware and Aluminum Pot.
2. What size of pot is it suitable for?
The single hot plate is suitable for the pots(Bottom) with a maximum size of 8in and it is recommended to use for a 7-7.5in pot.
The large burner ring of the double hot plate is suitable for the pots(Bottom) with a maximum size of 8 in and it is recommended to use for a 7-7.5in pot.
The small one is suitable for the pots(Bottom) with a maximum size of 6.7in and it is recommended to use for 6-6.3in pots.
3. Does the pot on the illustrating picture come with it?
Sorry, it is not included and it just shows the buyers how to use it.
1. Can it be used for heat preservation?
Yes, there are 6 levels and it is recommended to use the rst or second level for better insulation.
2. Can it be used for frying meats?
Yes, the Max temperature of hot plate can reach 560℃, can be used for frying egg, bacon or steak.
3. Does it get hot on the base and surface?
It will be a bit hot and we do not suggest you touching it directly with your hand for safety reasons. The hot plate will be cooled in approximately 60 minutes
after it is shut down.
4. How is its heating rate? How long does it take to boil water?
Take iron pan as an example, it only takes 7 mins to boil 1000ml water and the heating rate will be different based on the different material and thickness
of the pots.
5. Problem about overheat protection and auto shutdown?
In order to extend the service life of hot plate, we have designed the overheat protection function. so when the water boils, the indicator light goes out after
one minute. At the same time, the overheat protection function will be turned on, the indicator light will be on after about 1 minute. The overheat protection
function will be turned off, and heating will be continued.
6. Does it use 3 or 4 levels click on temperature adjustment or it can be continuously variable?
It can be continuously variable and to better control the temperature that you need by using the temperature adjustment knob.
7. Does it have constant temperature heating?
Temperature rises and falls, then rises again, because it is regulated by a thermostat and the hot plate features automatic shut-down.
8. Can two heating plates work at the same time?
Double hot plate can be used at the same time, you can cook pasta on one side and omelet or steak on the other side.

2. How to apply guarantee?
In this case, may we ask you to contact directly our after-sell team via email [e-mail] by using your own email box in order to solve this more
efciently?
1. Is it hard to clean? How to clean it? How to avoid rust?
Clean the hotplate oor after use to avoid build-up of residue, as this will affect the cooking performance. The surface can be cleaned with a nylon pad and
a mild liquid soap solution. Never use harsh abrasives or caustic cleansers.
2. Does it emit odor?
It is very safe, it is under test with 20 key processes during the period of production and 100% quality inspection when they are out of the factory. There is
only one in ten thousand probability for emitting odor under testing.
If you receive the product which emits odor, please contact us immediately, and we are very happy to provide you with quality after-sales service.
Meanwhile, we will forward this as well to our supplier to have a further investigation in order to avoid this from happening again.
Reminder: In order to make a hot plate durable, before using it for the rst time, please heat up at maximum setting for approximately 4 minutes without a
pot. It will burn off any residue on the hot plate.
3. Is it smoking?
It is very safe, it is under testing with 20 key processes during the period of production and 100% quality inspection when they are out of the factory. There
is only three ten thousandths probability for smoking under testing. If you receive the smoking product, please contact us immediately, and we are very
happy to provide you with quality after-sales service. Meanwhile, we will forward this as well to our supplier to have a further investigation in order to avoid
this from happening again.
4. Is there any noise?
There is no noise when you use the electric hot plate.
5. Can it be used in RV?
It is used for RV and also is suitable for heating at a party or as the kitchen renovation due to the small size.
6. Can it be used at dormitory?
It is suitable for using in the dormitory as well.
7. Can it be used on countertop?
Yes, it can be available to use the countertop steadily due to 4 non-slip feet.

6. How long is the power cord? Is it connected to the product or removable?
Power cord length is 100cm and it is not removable, it is connected to the main body of the product.

The surface of the product is made of high-quality stainless steel, which will not rust and easy to clean. The heating plate is made of cast iron.

9cm from the bottom to the top, convenient and compact.
9. Is there indicator light?
Yes, the yellow indicator light will illuminate when the hot plate is running, so that you will understand how the hot plate operates.
