1. What are the power and temperature ranges?
This induction cooktop provides 15 levels of temperature control.
Desired power usage from 100 W to 1800 WEU: 100W to 2000W.
Adjustable temperature ranges from 100 °F to 460 °F (EU: 40 °C to 240 °C).
2. What is the voltage range of operation?
US: 120V 60Hz
EU: 220-240V 50/60Hz
3. Is the digital display lit?
Yes it is and it is easy to see the power or temperature.
4. Does the display window show the power level only or with the temperature also
The temperature can be set as well as the power level according to your preferences.
5. When it's being turned on, what power level it shows? Maximum or minimum value?
This induction cooktop turned on at 1000W which is medium.

This induction cooker is suitable for cookware with a bottom diameter of 4-10 inches.

This induction cooktop suitable for the cookwares made of magnetic induction materia including cast iron, stainless steel and so on.
If you are not sure whether your cookware is suitable. You can use the INDUCTION COOKWARE TESTER included in the product packaging to test. If the
included magnet sticks to the bottom of your cookware, it is compatible with the induction cooktop.
3. Does the pot on the illustrating picture come with it?
Sorry, it is not included and it just shows the buyers how to use it.
1. How long does it take to boil water?
Take iron pan as an example, it only takes 3 mins to boil 1000ml water and the heating rate will be different based on the different material and thickness
of the pots.
2. Is there heat insultation function?
There is no function to keep food warm, but you can select a low power to make it, such as 100W.
3. Is the unit cool to touch while you are cooking?
There is warmth below the pot or pan due to conduction. But the induction cooker itself is cool.

5. What is the difference between these two induction cooktops?
Both induction cookers are equipped 1800W high power and 15-level temperature control. The biggest difference between these two items is that the
upgraded one features "FRY" and "BOIL WATER" to help you turn on the mode you want more efciently. (Only US have the upgraded induction cooker)
6. Can I place my induction burner on a wooden table?
Yes, there is no heat transferring through the bottom of the unit. You can place this induction burner on a wooden table safely.
1. Does this one get a safety lock? I always touch the screen mistakenly.
Yes, press "+" and "-" button at the same time, you can turn on the safety lock function. Then repeat the operation above, you can turn it off.
2. Does it have a timer that can be set to turn it off after delay?
Yes, the timing range is 0~300min, and the default timing is 30min. You can achieve 1min increment or decrement by short pressing "+" or "-", and long
press "+" or "-" to increase or decrease 10min.
3. Does the countdown timer turn unit off or just beep?
It will turn unit off and beep once when the timer turn off the induction cooktop.
4. Does it make noise (buzzing sound)?
Due to the working mechanism, the induction cooker usually produces a little sound, but within an acceptable range, not loud for regular cooking.
