1.4.1. Browning process:

Start: Press START/STOP button to confirm and start the browning

timer. A down arrow shows on the screen indicating that the Timer is

counting down.

Transmitting signal: After the browning timer starts, the transmitter will

send the signal to the receiver, and the receiver will start to run a

browning timer (Note: The values on transmitter and receiver are

slightly different. It is due to the signal transmission rate). (Note: In the

browning process, the thermometer will alarm only if the browning timer

has completed. The core temperature is not the criterion which triggers

the alarm at this stage. The thermometer will not alarm even when the

core temperature is higher than alarm temperature).
