1.4. Low temperature cooking
Select Low Temperature Cooking: In the main menu(Fig.1), press or
button to select Low Temperature Cooking (German: NG, French: CBT).
Then, press to confirm and go to the next step - select the meat.

Press to confirm and go to the next step - select the type (Note: To
return to previous step, press button).

Table 4 for data on low temperature cooking.
Press to confirm, and all the cooking information (stand-by screen)
will show on the transmitter screen. Fig.2 is an example of RI 1 (Note:

browning process (Note: If the user prefers to skip the browning
process, press button again and move directly to the cooking
process . For the instructions on Low Temperature Cooking, please
