Unpacking
Carton Contents
• Hedge trimmer cutting head with blade cover

1. Carefully remove the product and any accessories from
the box and check to see that all of the above items are
supplied.
2. Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage or
damage occurred during shipping. If you nd damaged or
missing parts, DO NOT return the unit to the store. Please

NOTE: Do not discard the shipping carton and packaging
material until you are ready to use the lawn + garden
multi-tool system. The packaging is made of recyclable
materials. Properly dispose of these materials in
accordance with local regulations or save the packaging
for long-term product storage.
IMPORTANT! The equipment and packaging material are
not toys. Do not let children play with plastic bags, foils,
or small parts. These items can be swallowed and pose a
suocation risk!

Handle Assembly
1. Clamp the auxiliary handle with the telescoping pole using
the 4 screws, as shown (Fig. 1).
Fitting the Hedge Trimmer
1. Insert the rear handle directly into the hedge trimmer
cutting head. When fully inserted, press down the quick-
release button. Make sure the button snaps in rmly and
securely, locking the parts together (Fig. 2).
Converting from Hedge Trimmer to Pole

1. Lift the quick-release button. Pull to remove the rear
handle from the hedge trimmer cutting head (Fig. 3).
2. Insert the telescoping pole into the hedge trimmer cutting
head. Press down on the quick-release button to lock it
into position (Fig. 4).
3. Insert the rear handle into the end of the telescoping pole
(Fig. 5).
