1.  Carefully remove the electric scarier + dethatcher and 
check to see that all of the above items are supplied.
2.  Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage or 
damage occurred during shipping. If you nd damaged or 
missing parts, DO NOT return the unit to the store. Please

  NOTE: Do not discard the shipping carton and packaging 
material until you are ready to use the electric scarier 
+ dethatcher. The packaging is made of recyclable 
materials. Properly dispose of these materials in 
accordance with local regulations or save the packaging 
for long-term product storage.
IMPORTANT! The equipment and packaging material are 
not toys. Do not let children play with plastic bags, foils, 
or small parts. These items can be swallowed and pose a 
suocation risk!
Assembly
mWARNING! Do not connect the scarier + dethatcher to 
the power supply until assembly is complete. Failure to comply 
could result in accidental starting and severe personal injury.
Always wear gloves during assembly. 
Connecting the Handle Bars
1.  Insert the lower handle bars into the adjusting gear 
wheels. Pay attention to the direction of the bars. The 
space between the two bars at the bottom should be 
wider than the top part (Fig. 1).
2.  Make sure the holes of lower handle bars and adjusting 
gear wheels are aligned. Insert the bolts on the machine 
into these holes. Secure with a set of handle knobs 
(Fig. 2).
