TV Screen is Blank and the media
player adaptor LED is off.

Check power adapter is ok
and connected.
•
Check interface cables are
connected correctly.

Turn TV on.

Turn Cyclone 2 on.

the proper output mode to fit

my USB device needs to be
formatted.

Ensure you turn ON your
Cyclone 2 first before turning
ON the USB devices.

Check your USB device has
been formatted properly and
the format file system is
compatible with the Cyclone 2 ,
see 11 . Specifications.

Is USB device is faulty?
Cyclone 2 menu system keeps
hanging while accessing USB device.

Ensure you turn ON Cyclone 2
before turning ON USB
devices.

Is USB device is faulty?
No Sound.
