¾ Emergency call：
If the mobile phone network coverage (by checking the
device display screen on the upper left corner of the network
signal strength indicator bar that), you should be able to call
emergency services (even without a SIM card can make emergency
calls). If your network provider does not provide roaming services
in the region, on the display will show "emergency calls only
(EMERGENCY)", telling you can only make such calls。
3.3.2 Answer the call
¾ Under normal circumstances, there is an incoming call,
