Troubleshooting
You can solve many common wine cellar problems easily, saving you the cost of a possible service
call. Try the suggestions below t o see if you can solve t he pr oblem before calling t he ser vice center.
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Wine cellar does not operate. Not plugged i n.
Incorrect voltage supply.
Circuit breaker tripped or fuse blown.
The wine ce llar does not get cold
enough.
Check the temperature contr ol set t ing.
External environment may require a higher setting.
The door is opened too often.
The door is not closed completely.
The door gas ket does not seal properly.
The light does not work. Contact t he Ser vice Center.
Vibrations Check to be sure the wine cellar is level.
The wine cellar seems to make too
much noise.
The wine cellar is not level.
Check the fan.
The door does not cl ose properly. The wine cellar is not level.
The door gas ket is out of position.
The shelves are out of position.
LED does not display. Main control board does not w or k.
PCB problem
There is a problem with the plu g.
LED display error Temperature probe is not working pr operly.
Buttons are not functional. Temperature controll er panel is damaged.
