Drawer Panel Installation for SPRF2D5
Items Included for Panel Installation:
• 4 – M4 x 25 Phillips Truss head screws
• 4 - #10 x 1/2” Phillips Truss head screws
Tools Needed:
• Phillips head screw driver
• 3/16” drill bit
1. Remove the three screws along the bottom of the drawer front.
2. Pull the bottom of the panel out slightly, and push it up and off the drawer front.
3. Remove the screws and washers holding the handle to the stainless steel panel.
4. Drill the bottom 2 holes approximately 1” from the bottom and 2” from each side through the
stainless steel.
5. Cut the overlay panels for both drawers as follows:
Top: 23-3/4” x 15”
Bottom: 23-3/4” x 15”
6. Set the overlay panel onto the stainless steel panel.
7. If reusing the handle that came with the unit, set the overlay panel against the stainless steel
panel, and drill the two handle holes into the wood, using the holes in the steel as a guide. If
using a different handle, drill two new holes through the steel and the overlay panel to fit the
width of your handle. User will provide their own screws.
8. Screw in the handle using 2 M4 x 25 Phillips Truss head screws. Screws are designed for a 3/4”
overlay panel.
9. Use 2 #10 x 1/2” Phillips Truss head screws to secure the bottom of the overlay panel to the
stainless steel.
10. Set the new panel on the top of the drawer and push the bottom back against the drawer front.
11. Reinstall the screws along the bottom of the drawer.
