Maintenance
Disconnect the power supply before maintenance on the machine!
a. Wipe off any dirt on the condenser regularly to maintain good ventilation.
b. Keep the door gasket clean. The gasket can be removed for cleaning and can be mounted
again as before. Putting a little talcum powder on the magnetic surface of the door gasket
will prolong its service life.
Cautions
a. This appliance is not suitable for storage of blood, pharmaceutical products and biological
products.
b. Do not touch temperature sensor inside the cabinet. This could influence the operating
performance of the thermostat and the system and could cause an increase in energy
consumption.
c. Do not to put heavy items on top of the cooler.
d. In case of trouble, please ask a qualified professional person for service. Do not dismantle
the cooler without prior authorization.
Normal Phenomena
a. Sometimes the sound of water flowing will be heard from inside the unit. This is the sound
of refrigerant flowing inside the pipe.
b. Compressor, condenser and the part of the unit near door is warm or hot.
c. In a very humid room, there may be condensation on the door; it can be dried with a cloth.
WARNINGS
a. Keep ventilation openings clear of obstruction.
b. Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other
than those recommended by the manufacturer.
c. Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
d. Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments, unless they are of
the type recommended by the manufacturer.
e. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available
from the manufacturer or its service agent.
f. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
g. All repairs must be carried out by qualified authorized personnel. Inadequate repairs may
be dangerous. Never try to repair the cooler yourself.
Disposal of an Old Appliance
Be sure to remove the door and discard separately.
Warning chemical hazard: Do not allow children to play with an old appliance.
