Dry thoroughly. Remember to clear the defrost drain situated at the back just above the glass cover of the crisper.
SUMMIT APPLIANCE Page 8 Troubleshooting If your appliance is experiencing operating difficulties, check this list of problems and solutions first to avoid the cost of an unnecessary service call. Appliance does not work at all. The power supply plug is not inserted in the wall socket or the plug and outlet are loose. Power may not be reaching the electric socket being used by the refrigerator. This can be checked by plugging a light or any other electric appliance into the socket.
Page 9 SUMMIT APPLIANCE The following are part of normal operation and should not be a cause for concern: 1. Refrigerant surging through the system produces a gentle sound like water running in pipes. 2. When the atmosphere is humid, the outer surface of the refrigerator may be covered with moisture which should simply be wiped away. 3. During summer operation, the compressor and the rear condenser may become hot enough to burn your hand.
