England’s Stove Works was started, and is still owned by, a family that believes
strongly in a “Do It Yourself” spirit; that’s one reason you found this product at
your favorite “Do It Yourself” store.
We intentionally design and build our stoves so that any homeowner can maintain
their unit with basic tools, and we’re always more than happy to show you how to
do the job as easily and as inexpensively as possible. However, while remaining
simple, our stoves are designed to perform extremely efficiently, helping deliver
more heat from less fuel.

always able to “walk you through” any installation issues, repairs, problems or
other questions that you may have.

This manual encompasses all versions of the freestanding model 25-EP, including the
55-SHPEP, 55-SHPEPL and 55-TRPEP. It also encompasses the fireplace insert
models 25-EPI, 55-SHPEPI and 55-TRPEPI. However, for simplicity of description,
the stove will be referred to by the generic “25-EP” designation, unless otherwise
