REPLACINGCOMPONENTS

Igniter

 Beforebeginninganycomponentreplacement,becertaintheunitisunpluggedand

thoroughlycooleddown.

 Removethebackpaneloftheunit,usinga5/16”wrench.

 Locatetheigniterontheleftsideofthefeederassembly(asviewedfromtherearofthe

unit).

 Disconnectthe

powerleadstotheigniter.

 Loosenthe5/16”squareheadsetscrewfromtheignitertubeandremovetheoldigniter

cartridge(yourunitmayhaveAllensetscrewwhichneedsa

”Allenwrench).

 Installthenewigniterintheignitertube,beingsuretheigniterisflushwiththebackofthe

housing.

 Retightenthesetscrewandremembertoreconnectthepowerleads.

 Reinstalltherearpanel.
