Reinstalltheventingsystemandpanels.
NOTE:Asanoption,thereisaCombustionMotorGasketthatisincludedwithPart#PU‐CBMG,which
allowsyoutoremovethemotor(only)fromthecombustionblowerhousing,cleanthemotorand
insideoftheblowerhousing,andreplace
themotoranditsgasketwithouthavingtoremovetheentire
CombustionBlower.Rememberthattheblowerimpeller,blowertubeandsteelblowerexhausttube
onthestoveshouldbebrushedandvacuumed.
ConvectionBlowerCleaning
Asalways,becertainthestoveiscoolandunpluggedbeforeservicinganycomponentswithinthe
unit.Sincetheconvectionblowerdoesnothandleanyby‐productsofcombustion,itdoesnot
requireseriouscleaninglikethe exhaustblower.
However,dustfromthehomeandotherdebrisintheaircanaccumulateonthebladesofthe
convectionblower.Anydustthathasbuiltuponthefanbladescanusuallybeeasilyremovedwith
avacuumorasoftpaintbrush.
Thebackpanelwillneedtoberemovedfromthestove,usinga5/16”wrench.
Thecontrol(circuit)boardwillneedtoberemoved,byremovingthetwo5/16”screwsandpulling
thecontrolboardoutofthestove.Somewiretiesmayneedtobecutsothattheboardcanbe
pulledoutofthewayoftheblower(remembertoreplacethem).
Four5/16”screwswillneedtoberemovedinordertoremovetheconvectionblowerfromthe
stove.Youwilllikelyneedasocketwithalongextension.
Installtheblowerinthereverseorderasdescribedabove.
AlsoseetheConvectionBlowerremovalinstructionsintheReplacingComponentssectionofthe
manual.
FINISH
ThisnewunithasbeenpaintedwithHigh‐Temperaturepaintthatshouldretainitsoriginallookfor
years.
Iftheunitshouldgetwetandrustspotsappear,thespotscanbesandedwithfinesteelwooland
repainted.ItiscrucialthatonlyHigh‐TemperatureSprayPaintisused(Part#AC‐MBSP),asothers
maynotadheretothesurfaceorwithstandthehightemperatures.
Similarly,somebrandsofpaintwillnotadheretodifferentbrandsofpaint,sowehighly
recommendusingourproprietaryHigh‐TemperatureSprayPaint.
GASKETS
Gasketsshouldbeinspectedandreplacedannually.SeetheGasketspageinReplacingComponents
(page49)forinformationandinstructions.
