. Am Ende der Streusaison
- Nach dem Waschen, Trocknen, Abspritzen und Fetten : Ihr
Gerät vor Witterungseinflüssen geschützt abstellen ; durch
Oxydierung während der Ruheperiode kann großer Schaden
verursacht werden.
- Wenn Sie Kratz- oder Reibspuren feststellen, diese mit einer
Metallbürste abbürsten oder abschleifen und ein
Rostschutzmittel auftragen
- Für den Rostschutz und die Endlackierung bestellen Sie bei
Ihrem Händler oder unserer Ersatzteil-Abteilung den Lack in
den SULKY-Farben.
- Lagern Sie Ihr Gerät bodenfrei auf Unterlagen.
Kontrollen
. Nach 10 Stunden Einsatz die Schrauben kontrollieren und
gegebenenfalls anziehen.
. Den Zustand der Verschleißteile überprüfen und
gegebenenfalls ersetzen.
. At the end of the season
- After washing, drying, pulverising and greasing: store your
equipment away from rain and storms, as rust frequently
causes great damage when the equipment is not in use.
- If you notice any scratches or paint chips, scour them using
a metal brush or a sanding machine, and apply a rust-
proofing product of the Zinc-Aluminium kind.
- When purchasing rust-proofing products and finish paints,
do not hesitate to order SULKY paint colours from your usual
dealer or our spare parts department.
- Store the equipment on blocks, above the ground.
Checks
. All bolts' tightness after 10 operating hours, tightening
them if necessary.
. The condition of the expendable parts (blades), changing
any if necessary.
. A la fin de la campagne
- Après lavage, séchage, pulvérisation et graissage : remiser
votre appareil à l’abri des intempéries, l’oxydation fait des
ravages durant la période d’inutilisation du matériel.
- Si vous constatez des rayures ou éraflures, brosser à la
brosse métallique ou ponçeuse, et appliquer un antirouille
du type zinc-alu.
- Pour l'antirouille et la peinture de finition, n’hésitez pas à
commander chez votre revendeur habituel, ou à notre service
pièces de rechange, de la peinture aux couleurs SULKY.
- Stocker l’appareil sur cales, au-dessus du sol.
Vérification
. Du serrage des boulons après 10 heures d’utilisation,
resserrer si nécessaire.
. De l’état des pièces d’usure (pales), les changer si
nécessaire.
