If hitching up to the drawbar, manoeuvring is easier because the draw bar pin is set well back behind the tractor (with a mechanical fan make sure nevertheless to limit your turning angle so as to ensure that the transmission is not damaged). The drill should be horizontal or on a slight upward incline towards the tractor but should under no circumstances tilt downwards towards the tractor.
