Wartung
• Saatkasten innen sauberblasen.
• Drillmaschine ohne Hochdruck waschen
• Zur Vermeidung von Verletzungen beim
Reinigen und bei der Instandhaltung
Schutzbrille und Handschuhe tragen.
• Sind Saatgutrückstande vorhanden, eine
Staub-schutz maske tragen.
Schmierung
• Antriebskette ölen.
• Ölstand des Getriebes kontrollieren (Drillmaschine
waagerecht), bis zum roten Punkt mit Öl für
automatische Getriebe (ATF -DEXTRON II D)
ergänzen.
Ölwechsel alle 500 ha oder alle 2 Jahre, wenn diese
Fläche nicht erreicht wird.
• Lager des DPA-Rads schmieren.
Prüfung
• Regelmäßig prüfen, ob alle Schrauben an der
Maschine fest angezogen sind.
• Nach den ersten Arbeitsstunden sollten alle
Schrauben nochmals angezogen werden.
Entretien
• Souffler intérieur trémie
• Laver le semoir sans haute pression
• Pour le nettoyage et entretien, porter
lunette de protection et gants pour
éviter toutes blessures.
• Si il reste de la semence porter un
masque anti-poussière pour éviter toute
inhalation.
Graissage
• Huiler la chaîne de distribution.
• Vérifier le niveau d'huile du variateur (semoir
horizontal), ajuster le niveau au point rouge avec de
l'huile de boîte de vitesses automatiques. ATF -
DEXTRON II D
Effectuer la vidange tous les 500 ha ou tous les
2 ans si la surface n'est pas effectuée.
• Graisser le palier de la roue DPA.
Vérification
• Vérifier régulièrement le serrage de l’ensemble des
boulons.
• Il est important d’effectuer un resserrage de tous
les boulons après les premières heures de travail.
Maintenance
• Clean inside the seed box with a blower.
• Wash the seed drill without using high pressure.
• For cleaning and maintenance, wear
protective glasses and gloves to prevent
injury.
• If there is left-over seed, wear a dust
mask to prevent inhaling dust.
Lubrication
• Lubricate the drive chain.
• Check the oil level in the variator (with drill
horizontal) and top up to the red dot with ATF -
DEXTRON II D automatic gearbox oil.
Change the oil every 500 hectares, or every 2 years
at the most.
• Lubricate the DPA wheel bearing.
Checks
• Check regularly that all the bolts are still tight.
• Every bolt must be re-tightened after the first few
hours of use.
