Vérifications
- C ONTRÔLER L ’ USURE des rasettes et leur
réglage.
C’est la pièce essentielle du système de mise en
terre, elle doit impérativement conserver une
forme progressive.
- C ONTRÔLER LE SERRAGE
APRÈS 10 HEURES D’UTILISATION:
- Vérifier le serrage des vis du système de mise
en terre :
Vis de fixation des disques.

PRÈS 20 HEURES D’UTILISATION:
- Vérifier le serrage des principaux écrous.

- VÉRIFIER PÉRIODIQUEMENT LE SERRAGE DES
JANTES ET LA PRESSION DES PNEUS:

- VÉRIFIER L’ÉTAT DES FREINS
- Ajuster si nécessaire .
- Verifier la tension de la chaine secondaire et
ajuster si nécessaire.
-N e jamais changer la position du vérin sur le
levier conformément au règlage prescrit dans le
document d’homologation de la machine.

Checks
- Check the wear on the coulters and their
settings.
As they are an essential part of the drilling system,
it is very important that they retain a progressive
shape.
- C
HECK TIGHTNESS
AFTER 10 HOURS OF USE:
- Check the tightness of the drilling system’s bolts:
Disk attachment bolts .
AFTER 20 HOURS OF USE:
- Check the tightness of the main nuts.
- P
ERIODICALLY CHECK THE TIGHTNESS OF THE WHEELS
AND THE PRESSURE OF THE TYRES:

- C HECK THE CONDITION OF THE BRAKES
- Adjust if necessary.
- Check the tension of the secondary chain and
adjust if necessary.
- Never change the position of the cylinder on
the lever in accordance with the setting laid
down in the approval document for the
machine.

- P RÜFUNG DES V ERSCHLEISSES an den Säscharen
und deren Einstellung.
Die Säscharen sind der grundlegende Teil des
Saatablagesystems und müssen unbedingt eine spitz
zulaufende Form behalten.
- P
RÜFEN , OB DIE S CHRAUBEN GUT FESTGEZOGEN SIND
N ACH 10 B ETRIEBSSTUNDEN :
- Prüfen, ob die Schrauben des Saatablagesystems
gut angezogen sind:
Einstellschraube der Streuscheiben.

ACH 20 B ETRIEBSSTUNDEN :
- Anziehdrehmoment der Hauptmuttern prüfen.
- P ERIODISCH PRÜFEN , OB DIE F ELGEN GUT
FESTGEZOGEN SIND UND DEN R EIFENDRUCK PRÜFEN :

- B REMSENZUSTAND PRÜFEN
- Bei Bedarf nachstellen
- Spannung der sekundären Kette prüfen
und bei Bedarf nachstellen.
- Zylinderposition am Hebel niemals ändern,
übereinstimmend mit der Einstellung, die im
Zulassungsdokument der Maschine beschrieben
ist.
